“My coach and I engaged in several discussions regarding the impact cycle and how it can be used to effect change. Having expressed my major challenges with scheduling, which was a limitation for me to operate efficiently as an Instructional Teacher Leader, my coach created an asynchronous form to check in with teachers Weekly. The Teachers were required to complete the form that allowed me to monitor their pacing and areas of need. She also created a customised instruction progress monitoring tracker, used when observing instructions.

It was my first time having a coach, and it was indeed a rewarding experience.
